The goal of intelligent surveillance systems is to provide an automated early detection and to send a form of alert in real time to the person at risk or to the surveillance staff.

It is considered a technological family because it is aimed to detect and discourage risky and illegal behaviours through various technologies.

• surveillance / detection / intrusion devices, surveillance technology / technologies, cameras, CCTV   cameras, smart / intelligent CCTV  , automated detection, AICCTV, AI   CCTV   / monitoring, Video Analytics / VA, sensors, deterrent measures, drones, UAV  , etc.

• warning systems, alarm systems, sound signalling, sound-barriers, alert, etc.
